I am at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a business contract in India.

I have attended an orientation or training session (online or offline) regarding the Company, its products, business opportunity, and Compensation Plan, and I have no unresolved doubts.

By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

I agree to submit self-attested copies of my PAN Card, Identity Proof, Address/KYC documents, Signature Proof, and any other requirements specified by the Company within the prescribed timeline. Failure to do so may result in suspension of my Distributor account, commissions, incentives, rewards, and back-office access until verified.

I understand that the Company offers a 30-Day Product Refund/Buy-Back Policy (subject to applicable terms and conditions), and I shall always communicate this policy accurately to customers.

I shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, taxes, registrations, licenses, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and any statutory obligations relating to my business activities. The Company shall not be liable for any failure on my part to comply with such legal requirements.

I authorize the Company to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) or any other statutory deductions as required under applicable laws from commissions or incentives payable to me.

I confirm once again that my Sponsor/Referrer explained the business opportunity clearly and that I joined the Company entirely of my own free will.

I understand that there is no mandatory enrollment fee for becoming a Distributor, and no compulsory purchase of products is required solely for registration as a Distributor.

I understand that commissions, bonuses, incentives, and rewards are payable only in accordance with the Company’s official Compensation Plan, which may be amended from time to time in compliance with applicable laws.

I shall present the Company’s products, services, and business opportunity only as authorized by the Company and shall never provide misleading information, unauthorized claims, or inaccurate comparisons.

I shall not make any false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, or income claims regarding the Company’s products or business opportunity. I shall use only officially approved literature, marketing materials, and product information.

I shall not make false or unfair statements regarding any competing company, organization, brand, product, or service.

I acknowledge that I am an Independent Distributor/Independent Business Owner and not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of Vacpro Global Marketing.

I understand that if my Distributor Agreement is terminated or I voluntarily resign due to non-compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures or applicable laws, I may lose eligibility for commissions, incentives, rewards, product purchases, business tools, and back-office access, subject to the Company’s policies.

I declare that I shall not engage directly or indirectly in any unlawful, fraudulent, anti-national, or illegal activities while conducting my business.

I understand and accept that the Company reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any Distributor Application at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.

I confirm that I am legally authorized to enter into this Agreement and that all information submitted by me is true, complete, and accurate.

I agree to comply with all amendments, updates, or revisions made by the Company to its Policies & Procedures, Compensation Plan, and Code of Ethics from time to time.

I understand that the Company may upgrade or modify its systems, policies, technology, or business processes periodically, and I agree to refer to the Company’s official website and communications for the latest information.

I understand that if I do not agree with the Company’s Policies & Procedures, I may voluntarily resign by following the resignation procedure prescribed by the Company.

I undertake to verify the accuracy of all Company-related information from official Company sources before communicating it to customers, prospects, or other Distributors.

I declare that all information provided by me in this Application Form is true and correct. I undertake to immediately notify the Company of any changes to my personal or business information.

I understand that if any information provided by me is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, the Company may terminate this Agreement and take appropriate legal action, including recovery of commissions, bonuses, incentives, or rewards paid to me.

I acknowledge that I have carefully reviewed and understood the Distributor Application Form, Code of Ethics, Policies & Procedures, Compensation Plan, Product Information, and all other official Company documents, and I agree to be bound by them.

I understand that this Agreement may be terminated if my Distributor account remains inactive for the period specified in the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

I agree that any complaints or grievances shall first be submitted to the Company’s official Grievance Redressal Cell, and I shall allow the Company reasonable time to resolve the matter in accordance with its policies before approaching any external authority.

I consent to receive communications, updates, promotional information, notices, and business-related information from the Company through my registered mobile number, email address, SMS, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.

I understand and consent that my personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared with government authorities or regulatory agencies whenever required under applicable law.
